Some of you already know I think I have some mental health problems nothing serious I thought I was followed by people this could happen to anyone I think I take some medication once a week and I talk to some people at the mental health facility once every fourth week or so for some years, I'm not sure about the quality of the treatment mental health issues are not funded enough and not taken seriously and people don't want to say they have a mental health problem I did not talk about this because there is a secrecy I can say I'm not having any problems in recent years
