The crew has abandoned the spaceship and they are now ten kilometres away from the ship stranded on the island, they have parked the vehicle under a big leafed plant and it continues to rain and the storm is worse now. They try to contact the computer on the ship but the connection is bad. They then feel some sort of movement in the vehicle and Jennifer thinks she knows what is going on.

 

-Something is surrounding us from the outside, says Jennifer.

 

Lily and Lindsay watch the screen in the car to try to find out what is happening. The plant has started to surround itself around the vehicle and it is growing about one foot in 30 minutes time. The green leaves are soon covering the whole car.

 

-If you weren’t so occupied guarding Rihanna every minute you should have noticed what happened, says Jennifer to Daniel on the communication link between the two wagons.

 

-I’m not guarding her, says Daniel.

 

-Yes you do, says Jennifer you watched every step she takes for the entire day.

 

-I just don’t want her to get into trouble, says Daniel.

 

-She got into trouble the minute she met you, says Jennifer upset and now you are following her around twenty four seven. She doesn’t like your boring jokes, she needs to be free.

 

-How do you know I joke, says Daniel.

 

-The way you joke about me for example, says Jennifer, do you think I like that?

 

-You haven’t complained yet, says Daniel.

 

-First I don’t drink the way you say, Jennifer is a bit unsure about that, I just have a bottle with me in reserve if it gets cold or I need to be thinking.

 

Jennifer brings forward a bottle of Bushmills, single malt and pours a glass.

 

-And you said you don’t drink, says Daniel.

 

-I’m cold that’s why I need a drink, says Jennifer.

 

Zara is having some sort of balsam on her legs and the wounds are healing very quickly.

 

-I just want to say that Jennifer is a friend of mine, says Zara she told me to use this cream on my wounds.

 

-I’m not sure you should spend so much time with Jennifer, says Eliza, she is rather drastic in my opinion.

 

-Say someone who doesn’t drink anymore, says Jennifer and you side with Daniel I know that.

 

-I don’t side with any one, says Eliza.

 

Katy and Marina suggest that we move the vehicle from the aggressive plant as soon a possible.

 

-I don’t understand Daniel, says Jennifer, thunderstorm, torrential rain, storm, trees that are falling, plants that grow fast and cars on a small island why on earth are you writing about that all the time?

 

-I read a lot of science fiction (J.G Ballard), says Daniel.

 

Rihanna then starts the vehicle to move it but the cars doesn’t go one inch. The plant has grown all around it and the whole car is soon airlifted by the strong branches of the big leafed plant.

 

-We need to get outside to remove the plant, says Lily.

 

-I’m not so sure remembering what happened to Zara and the falling tree, says Eliza.

 

Katy, Marina and Scarlett the girl prepare to go outside and remove the plant branches so they can move the car.

 

Lindsay and Lily are keeping contact with the computer.

 

-How is things on the ship, says Lily to the computer.

 

-It is getting worse, says the computer on a bad link, the water is pouring into the ship and destroying the electronic devices.

 

-Can you give a statement about the other Scarlett although she is in our wagon, says Lindsay.

 

-Her situation is the same as before, says the computer, but you need to get back to the ship and save it and her.

 

-We must save the vehicle first, says Lily.

 

Zara and Jennifer are talking and Eliza doesn’t like it.

 

-What are you both talking about, says Eliza.

 

-There should not be any men on board the ship or in the car, says Jennifer.

 

-You didn’t give Zara a drink did you, says Eliza.

 

-No I didn’t, says Jennifer.

 

Katy, Marina and Scarlett the girl are getting outside with a certain extract that should make the plant lose its grip on the car. They are all standing outside in the storm and rain and Katy is pouring the remedy on the plant. Then a branch is reaching out and catches Scarlett the girl and she is lifted up in the air.

 

-Do something, says Marina.

 

Katy and Marina are trying to get a hold of Scarlett the girl but the plant’s grip is too strong.

 

-What is going on, says Rihanna.

 

-The plant has got a hold of Scarlett the girl, says Katy.

 

-This is you fault, says Jennifer to Daniel what should we do now? Tell me.

 

-According to the computer we must give the plant an electric impulse, says Daniel.

 

-Yes but it could be dangerous to do that in the rain, says Eliza.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Swedish translation

Besättningen har övergivit rymdskeppet och de är nu tio kilometer från farkosten strandsatta på en ö, de har parkerat bilen under en storbladig växt och det fortsätter att regna och stormen är värre nu. De försöker att kontakta datorn på skeppet men anslutningen är dålig. De känner sedan en rörelse i bilen och Jennifer tror att hon vet vad som händer.

-Något omger oss från utsidan, säger Jennifer.

Lily och Lindsay titta på skärmen i bilen för att försöka ta reda på vad som händer. Plantan har börjat växa sig runt fordonet och den växer ungefär 30 centimeter på en halvtimme. De stora bladen täcker snart hela bilen.

-Om du inte var så upptagen att vakta Rihanna hela tiden så borde du ha märkt vad som händer, säger Jennifer till Daniel på kommunikationslänken mellan de två vagnarna.

- Jag vaktar henne inte, säger Daniel.

-Jag gör du visst, säger Jennifer, du observerar varje steg hon tar.

-Jag vill bara inte att hon ska hamna i trubbel, säger Daniel.

-Hon hamnade i trubbel när hon träffade dig, säger Jennifer upprörd och nu följer du efter henne hela tiden. Hon gillar inte dina tråkiga skämt, hon behöver vara fri.

-Hur vet du att jag skämtar, säger Daniel.

-Så som du skämtar om mig till exempel, säger Jennifer, tycker du att jag gillar det?

-Du har inte klagat än, säger Daniel.

- Först av allt så dricker jag inte på det sättet du säger, Jennifer är lite osäker på det, jag har bara en flaska med mig i reserv om det blir kallt eller jag måste tänka.

Jennifer tar fram en flaska Bushmills, single malt och häller upp ett glas.

-Du sa att du inte dricker, säger Daniel.

 

-Jag fryser, det är därför jag behöver en drink, säger Jennifer.

Zara tar någon form av balsam på benen och såren läker mycket snabbt.

-Jag vill bara säga att Jennifer är min vän, säger Zara hon berättade för mig att jag skulle använda denna kräm på mina sår.

-Jag är inte säker på att du ska spendera så mycket tid med Jennifer, säger Eliza, hon är ganska drastisk enligt min åsikt.

-Säger någon som inte dricker längre, säger Jennifer och du håller med Daniel.

-Jag håller inte med någon, säger Eliza.

Katy och Marina föreslår att vi flyttar fordonet från den aggressiva växten så snart som möjligt.

-Jag förstår inte Daniel, säger Jennifer, åskväder, kraftigt regn, storm, träd som faller, plantor som växer snabbt och bilar på en liten ö, varför i hela världen skriver du om det hela tiden?

-Jag läser mycket science fiction (J.G Ballard), säger Daniel.

Rihanna startar sedan fordonet för att flytta den men bilen rör sig inte en tum. Växten har vuxit runt omkring dem och hela bilen lyfter snart av de stora grenarna på blad plantan.

-Vi behöver ta oss ut för att ta bort växten, säger Lily.

-Jag är inte så säker på det kom ihåg vad som hände med Zara och det fallande trädet, säger Eliza.

Katy, Marina och Scarlett flickan förbereder sig för att gå ut och ta bort växtgrenarna så att de kan flytta bilen.

Lindsay och Lily håller kontakten med datorn.

-Hur är det på skeppet, säger Lily till datorn.

-Det blir värre, säger datorn på en dålig länk, vattnet rinner in i skeppet och förstör de elektroniska enheterna.

Kan du ge ett uttalande om den andra Scarlett även om hon är i vår vagn, säger Lindsay.

-Det är samma situation som tidigare, säger datorn, men ni måste komma tillbaka till skeppet och rädda det och henne.

-Vi måste rädda fordonet först, säger Lily.

Zara och Jennifer pratar med varandra och Eliza gillar inte det.

-Vad pratar ni båda om, säger Eliza.

-Det borde inte finnas några män ombord på skeppet eller i bilen, säger Jennifer.

-Du gav väl inte Zara en drink, säger Eliza.

-Nej det gjorde jag inte, säger Jennifer.

Katy, Marina och Scarlett flickan tar sig ut med ett visst extrakt som borde få växten att förlora sitt grepp om bilen. De står alla utanför i stormen och regnet och Katy häller medlet på växten. Då når en gren ut och tar tag i Scarlett flickan och hon lyfts upp i luften.

-Gör något, säger Marina.

Katy och Marina försöker få tag på Scarlett flickan, men växtens grepp är för starkt.

- Vad händer, säger Rihanna.

-Plantan har fått tag i Scarlett flickan, säger Katy.

-Det är ditt fel, säger Jennifer till Daniel vad ska vi göra nu?

- Enligt datorn måste vi ge växten en elektrisk impuls, säger Daniel.

-Ja men det kan vara farligt att göra det i regnet, säger Eliza.
